Paragon Underwriters, Inc. was founded by Alex Lipson, a math teacher and high school department head in Detroit, Michigan. Alex raised three children and built a business based upon trust, commitment to personal service, and offering independent advice and state-of-the-art insurance products to businesses, professionals, and individuals. Kenneth Lipson, our CEO and President, continues this tradition today.

Paragon Underwriters has provided sophisticated insurance products to the professional communbity for over thirty years. The success resulting from this commitment has enabled us to expand our resources and to continually offer our customers a wide range of insurance and bonding services.
